We intend to extend this in the future to a much wider range. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. KIMATRA reserves the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

C A N C E L L A T I O N

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our workshop. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Please note any kind of special customization orders like Name embossing, will not be canceled after placing them.
